Sales staff was very knowledgeable and the house selections seem to be very nice as well. I noticed that many of the builders in this line such as deer Horton and KB homes are very similar. But the sales staff always makes the difference in this one had a great sales staff.

Ac problem was taken care of in a timely way. Tech was very polite and immediately took care of the problem. Very happy with the service.
