Im a local realtor in the Johnson County area and this community is my favorite to bring my clients to! extremely welcoming! Ben Perry rolls out the red carpet for everyone who walks in the doors. He goes above and beyond. Dealing with different sales agents over my career it is refreshing to work with one so attentive and responsive!

I would not recommend buying at this location. First, realize what you are getting with cookie cutter home builders. Nothing is top quality and meant to last. Aside from the actual building of the home(s), the enforcement of their HOA rules is nonexistent. I specifically bought in an HOA neighborhood to make sure rules were in place for how yards should be kept, trash, abandoned vehicles and sidew

Wouldnt recommend buying a DR Horton in this neighborhood. Their contractors here make things worse when doing warranty work. Along with that our water bill has been over $300 the last two months due to their watering schedule they never changed before closing.
