We had the elevators go out the other night in a storm that rolled through around 7pm. We had just returned and my mom was stuck needing to get upstairs. I was able to message Greg, who we met just about 2 weeks prior. He said he was headed to us right away and fixed the issue. This is the 3rd encounter we have had since we met him. Everything is going great with our move! The staff is so nice and welcoming!! Greg is the best handyman and I hope he and the office ladies are here to stay!!!!!

Had a freezer not working. Surgery in 2 days and there was my new freezer after 1 day of reporting. So thankful for Rainy, Dana. Greg and Toby were incredibly friendly and helpful with this!! I'm so thankful!!
