It's been amazing. The process has been super easy. When the roof guys were doing their thing they actually took time out of doing their jobs to make sure that our trash bin and are recycling bin were in the appropriate place so that they could be emptied. They went above and beyond. Great experience! You made it super easy to deal with insurance. Thank you.

Used Legacy 3d Roofing for our roof and hail claim. They walked us through the entire process, as this was our first time dealing with a hail claim. Richard Ford was our Sales Rep and was excellent to work with. The process was seamless and everything went smoothly. Hopefully I don’t need a new roof anytime soon but if so, I will call them again.

I reached out to Caden Trice the day we had severe storms in the area. He came out the very next day and inspected our roof finding wind and hail damage. I received his report the very same day and sent it in to my insurance. Caden then came out and met with the insurance adjuster and set everything thing up for my roof replacement. Mark, Richard, Big E, and all of their crew's, are the best there is at what they do. Their pride in their work is evident in the finished product. The thing that I appreciated the most, was the fact that I didn't have to do anything.
