The communication from the leasing office is terrible. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone—they’re rarely in the office, and when they are, they don’t answer calls or respond to emails. Residents shouldn’t have to chase down staff just to get basic questions answered.

I’ve been having problems with this apartment since the day I moved in.
The unit was not move-in ready there were holes in the walls from old pipe leaks, and it was clear repairs had been rushed or left unfinished. The AC hasn’t worked properly since day one. Maintenance has come out multiple times, and we were eventually given a small window unit that o

Getting a hold of anyone in the office is impossible. The automated service doesn’t ever actually transfer you to a real person, saying every department is “unavailable”, and good luck getting a call back. Simple issues that could be fixed by a simple phone call or just responding to maintenance requests requires days or weeks of calling or finding time to go to the office in person.

Worst apartments ever . Apt was not move in ready , it was extremely filthy after they said it was clean . Trash from previous tenants , covered in tons of dead and alive roaches . I was given a tour by Brittany Cox. She had a great attitude and sweet personality. She was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. After leaving I had a few more questions so I called back. She has great customer service skills and answered all of my questions. She is a very polite young lady.

I would give these folks a 0 star if I could. Domonique Brooks and Yuri are awful managers. Nothing in the apartment work, a/c unit was out the entirety of my lease, swimming pool stay broke and green. Maintenance guys are not certified to do basic repairs and they will enter your apartment without consent or notice. They also be stealing. Don’t waste your time or money applying i promise these ar
