This store has been “closing” for 2 years but in reality it’s all just fake furniture and junk, out of date styles and the mattresses are extremely overpriced. Went in to look at a $3k mattress and right away if we bought it today they would knock off $1000. Bought an overpriced couch, and now have to deal with the warranty we purchased about coming out to clean my couches. They offer a “home remedy” or a “spot clean” so why in the heck didn’t pay almost $400 for an extended warranty?! One star is still too high. I bought furniture that was terrible quality and bought a warranty. When I tried to use the warranty they told me the year wasn’t covered. They also told me if I never use the warranty I would get my money back after 5 years. I called 5 years later and they said I have wait an extra year. We went in to get just a dresser and walked out with an entire bedroom set because the prices were amazing and the quality of the items were great. We got same day delivery and the only thing we are waiting on is bed. They did everything they could to get us the king size we wanted and we told them we could wait the couple weeks. We took advantage of their 4th of July sale to buy two mattresses from Jeff at the Pasadena store. The delivery guys were prompt, courteous, in and out quickly. But there was an issue with one mattress. So I called Jeff and he put me in touch with a very nice man in upper management.

I placed an order today on 8/27 paid cash for the whole order. Was told my delievery would be today between 5-10 pm. I went home took out my whole living room furniture my whole bed room furniture excited to have my brand new sets.
