After purchasing a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher, after install it had some problems. Laffertys quickly resolved the issue by bringing me another washer out and installing it!! Installer Michael and his partner were very professional and proficient. A great company to do business with!

Justin the technician was timely, thorough, and very helpful. He explained the process he was going through to troubleshoot and gave me very useful information on what to do in the future if we ran into the issue again. Service visit was reasonable and we will definitely use Lafferty’s again.

Lafferty’s took great care of us! Their sales rep, Sandra was always available to help, answer questions and problem solve if needed. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They did a wonderful job. They explained how to work each appliance and they left our kitchen nice and clean. We will definitely be a loyal customer. I can’t imagine why we would want to shop anywhere else.

Mr. Cauley was very nice and polite. He was knowledgeable about the products. He scheduled installation of the gas logs in a timely manner. The person who installed the gas logs was Micheal. He was polite and very skilled in the installation. Dealing with representatives of Lafferty's was an enjoyable experience.

From the store personnel to the delivery and installers—everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson, Pat listened to our needs and found the perfect double oven. The two delivery/installation men were outstanding!! They were careful and quick!! Impressive! Thanks!

I have been looking for a recliner for a couple of months hoping to find a used one. No luck I finally went to Lafferty’s because se I had purchased a recliners the many years ago. It didn’t take me long to find the one I wanted. I purchased the recliner and it was delivered today. They have many to choose from. Take your pick!

Last week i went to Lafferty’s Home Center to buy a refrigerator. I had bought appliances there before and was says happy. I was lucky to be assisted with my purchase by Evan Steward.
