Great customer service. The sales representative Christina Gonzalez was so attentive gave us different options and explain everything to us very thoroughly. I could not have asked for a best sales representative and answered all my questions.. She went way and beyond for us and I’m very grateful.

Bought this set, the experience is incredible, salesmen & saleswoman, didn’t hover and pressure the customer to a sale, gave us time to browse, and ended up taking up on their offers. Highly recommend for the experience, I suggest for the best experience ask for Norma! She will get you sorted!

Very helpful! Amalie was nice and understanding of the couch set we wanted. She took the time to ensure we loved the couch we chose and there's great deals at Lacks! Highly recommend!

Harlingen Lacks...excellent salesperson, Tommy Rodriguez....very patient and courteous. Explained features very well and made sure we understood payment plan. First time there but will return. Store was close to closing but he never rushed us.

I recently purchased several items from Lacks Furniture in Harlingen and had a very disappointing experience. The sectional I bought was displayed with an ottoman and I was led to believe it was included. The salesperson Christina never disclosed that it was sold separately. After reading other reviews I discovered this is not the first time she has given false information about what comes with an

We bought washer, dryer, and stove back in November. By August the washer broke and little did I know that Lacks no longer has technicians to service appliances when they are still under the 1 or warranty. Here it is 2 months later and I had to file a claim and still waiting so resolution and making payments on something that is not serviceable. Long gone are the days when you got service from wh
