Jeff with Lackmeyer Construction was absolutely Amazing! My wife and I had a brick chimney blow off our neighbor’s house and it hit the side of our home when the tornado came through in May of this year. Not committed for the long haul.
I purchased a new home in February 2023 from Jeff. Since this was a new build, I put my offer in about 3-4 months prior to closing. During this process he wanted an earlier closing date because the home would be finished earlier, and I wanted a later one. We met in the middle

We have nothing but good things to say about Lackmeyer Homes. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Great communication all around. The Project Manager Chris kept us well informed and Nichole from the office always responded to any questions without hesitation. We have been in our home for about 11 months now and couldn't be happier. Very satisfied!

I love my home! I didn’t design it but this is what I would have designed it to be. There’s so much attention to detail. From the large doors to the overall layout. The kitchen is huge and a wonderful place to gather. Everything is done with the buyer in mind. I would recommended this builder to anyone.
