Kohler’s Dallas store is absolutely amazing. I found myself in a situation where I had to start all over with finding sinks, faucets and accessories for a major remodel, and I needed them ASAP. Barbara did a wonderful job helping us find tub & shower fixtures for our bathroom remodel. Barbara is the best! We were renovating our master bathroom and originally I ordered my Kohler fixtures through build.com. However, several were out of stock, delayed, and one shipment even went missing! I called the Kohler store and spoke with Barbara. Luke was very professional and timely in ordering all of our bathroom fixtures. He had great suggestions when I wasn’t sure which way to go. He was also a great communicator and never left me waiting for an answer! I love the fixtures we chose and am very happy with them.
