Very clean, well stocked and all merchandise displayed on a very clean and uncluttered array. Prices are fair and worth the quality of merchandise on display. Very kind cashiers and attentive to customers questions.

This Kohl's is very convenient. The parking lot is very large and well marked. Two main entrances one goes directly to the Amazon return kiosk. A Sephora is on site with a large selection of women's apparel and fragrances. Oh this trip I was returning an Amazon purchase. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Went Christmas shopping for some of the last gifts with my wife. I got a couple items however I was really disappointed to find that they had plenty of discounts but unfortunately there are an unusually high number of unpriced items on the sales foor. So what good is it to have the signs telling you what price you would get if you don't even know what the original price is to start with.

I usually enjoy shopping at Kohl’s, but my experiences at the Mission, TX location have been consistently disappointing—specifically due to an associate named Mary Ellen at the register.

I wasn’t even greeted when I walked into the store even tho I passed a couple of associates. No help was offered and I had to find someone to check me out. I won’t be returning . This review isn’t pertaining to the Kohls part of the store on Sephora itself .

I’ve shopped at Kohl’s for years, but my recent experiences have been extremely frustrating. Their customer service, both in-store and over the phone, has gone downhill.
