I’ve waited a few months to post this in hopes that it would quit bothering me but it hasn’t. I had the displeasure of working with this company and the work was less than satisfactory for the pricing. I had to pay another guy to caulk parts of the bathroom tile work in. A few tiles are crooked, the edges look like an apprentice did them, the grout was not cleaned up off the tile correctly after t

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on our tub to shower conversion. They worked consistently from 9am to 5pm every day, even working ALL day on a Saturday just so they could finish the job on time. Their work was beautiful and their communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to find this excellent family owned business in New Braunfels. We needed to have a bathroom remodeled. Upon meeting Carlos wife Sue and son Alex we knew we were in the right place. ****Update 6/26/19 DO NOT USE CARLOS MERCADO. He will take your money and run with many lies along the way...and 15 weeks since the start of this nightmare. Unfortunately I learned what happens when work happens too quickly and Carlos' workers (Angel, Victor and Angel's son) don't know what they are doing. I'd leave zero stars at this point...things went south very quickly after Carlos asked for 7
