The manager that works there is very rude. I asked about a pair of pictures online and if they would be the same price in store and before I could finish she said “Yes it’s the same price” and then I finished to say “Well it’s actually a $10 difference” she came off very rude and quickly said “Well it’s about the same price”. I had a disappointing experience with Frances, the manager at Kirkland. From the very beginning, she came across as extremely rude and rigid, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I do a lot of shopping at this location. Every time I have stopped in. I’m always greeted. This particular location everybody has always been super kind and helpful. This morning was a disappointment. The sales clerk was abrupt and condescending when speaking to me and helping me check out. She would cut me off when I was asking a question and acted as if my being there was a great inconvenience for her. She mentioned she was the only one there and it must have been taxing for her. I have never experienced this type of treatment in the store before.
