This is a great little store. It's just fun to come browse even if you're not shopping. They pack a lot into this small space.

Great store. Went in specifically for Christmas decorations and found some great items at a great price. Whole store was 25% off and Christmas decorations 50% off storewide.

Linda and the staff were extremely welcoming and gave us the best shopping experience. My mom wanted to buy the whole store and they helped us narrow down what to get. Not only was the service excellent but we also found amazing items, we will definitely be coming back!

Terrible Customer Service Experience at Allen location!
My recent visit to Kirkland was an absolute nightmare due to the abysmal customer service provided by the store manager, Virginia. From the moment I entered the store, her lack of professionalism was evident as she began speaking to me without even a simple greeting.

Store has no AC and it’s been this way for months! Clearly a company that doesn’t value their employees or their customers. I feel sorry for the team having to work in this day in and day out. It was miserable in there!
