I have been a loyal customer for years and I have never had an issue here.
I recently had to go pick up something and the hispanic lady at the front desk had the most horrible attitude ever! I don’t know what her problem was but she needs to work on her customer service. Hopefully she learns soon or she will be pushing clients away.

I believe the place has an incredible variety of products, and it's great for those last-minute purchases when you need to complete a project; you'll always be able to count on them as an option. I completely disagree with the service provided at this store. The girl or guy with long, curly hair always has a bad attitude. The manager, a guy with oriental features, has no idea what customer service is. I was already upset with the girl's attitude, so I asked to speak with the manager. He was finishing a transaction, and instead of sending the girl to find what had been sold, he was looking
