Great communication, and an awesome job. I am a property manager and unbeknownst to me the city had turned off the water, the tech went to get a truck that held water and ended up doing the job the same day. I am over the moon impressed, and the house looks great for its new tenant! Fair price, great service.

The gentleman has steam cleaned my apartment floors for mid and yearly inspections. Very easy to schedule, is available to steam clean with or without an outside water spout. Always super friendly and the apartment looks and smells amazing for weeks afterward. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Killeen area. Here’s the carpet type he dealt with in my apartment. This is not what it looks

The Technician was prompt and kind. My appointment was at 11 am he was at the door respectfully before that. He was efficient and explained the steps. He asked me if I had any questions regarding the process. He also had me walk him through and asked if I had any specific notes for him to remember! Great experience!!!!

Do not ever use this company! I will forever never suggest it to anyone. They will find any and every excuse to avoid doing the job right and then using lame excuses as to why they cannot return to finish the job. If I can find a way to sue them I will! I just arrived in town to find the carpet in our new house to be unusably disgusting (my best guess is most likely due to the previous occupants' pets). With less than 12 hours until my wife and small sons (one of whom is 12 months old) were due to arrive, I called Killeen Steam Team and they came out the same day. 10/10 or well... 5/5 Killeen Steam team as done my carpets the past 2 1/2 years and honestly the price is definitely worth it and they are in and out in a more than timely manner. The gentleman that has done our house the past 3 times has been nothing but kind and a pleasure too.

They showed up promptly and easily worked around all of our moving boxes and roofers. They were polite and accommodating, our carpets look and smell great! They worked fast, in and out within an hour! I would recommend anyone for excellent move out carpet cleaning service at a great price!

We can't remember the last timecwe had our carpets cleaned, so you can imagine how bad they were.
Our technician "walked" the house with the wife and took note of the areas with which she was most concerned. He got right to work and was out of the house in an hour and a half. His equipment was clean, in good repair, and it was obvious when he began, that he was a professional.
