I highly recommend Keystone. The personal service here is unmatched. I have a pool project in progress and the coping I choose did not match the sample they have on display. JIM personally drove to my home to bring other samples directly from the warehouse. I chose a different tile and they were able to replace my order without issue. If your pool builder uses Keystone tile out of Houston for their travertine beware. We have been dealing with Keystone travertine issues for 10 weeks and still have pool coping with chips, rough edges on the polished edge facing the interior of the pool, different tile thickness and different cut bullnose edges. The original load came with 8 broken tile. Unfortunately there were more with crack

Great customer service. knowledgeable staff. Kay was fantastic. She worked closely with us to coordinate the perfect color scheme for our pool tiles, coping and split face tile.
