First off, I love the customer service. They asked what I wanted, showed me which ones they had my choice on and let us test them out without any pressure! Second, we got to take home the mattress AND box spring TODAY! Minutes after we purchased they were able to get us settled. I’ve purchased here many, many years ago and will definitely return.

These guys are awesome. The only place we buy our mattresses at. So nice, helpful. You don't get help like that anywhere else. Thank you for going out of your way and making sure we are satisfied.

We walked in just to take a look .. walked in to a very attentive staff ..any question we had came with direct anwers which helped us out a great deal ...... the staff was awesome in helping us find the right fit..mind you they have a large varity of mattress types.. and im super picky. ... we walked out with no regrets a king Cooling mattress set and 2 twin sets .. as well as two King cooling

Their customer service is beyond perfect! Greeted and helped instantly, wide variety of great mattresses with full information about your mattress to make your choice easier. Great prices , great friendly check out process as well as the warehouse guys super happy to help and get you on your way quickly and thanked by all staff on your way out for your purchase

I needed a full-size mattress at a great price, and Key West Mattress delivered—literally! The people here were amazing and incredibly helpful. They offered same-day delivery, and the prices on everything were excellent. They even threw in a great deal on bamboo memory foam pillows, which I absolutely love.
