I had my first visit with Keaton yesterday, and he personally showed me the plans I'm thinking about building. It was such a great experience, and I was honestly impressed. The homes are well built and nice designs, especially compared to the other builders around. You can tell Keaton knows his stuff and has been doing this a long time. Keaton is wonderful, kind and super knowledgeable. I was so nervous to buy my first home, but he took me step by step and explained everything to me. He really made me feel comfortable with the process and now I am in my new Kindred Home! I cannot thank Keaton enough for helping me and treating me with such kindness!

Dropped by today to view the homes, I am looking to relo to Dfw. Had a pleasant experience with Keaton. I appreciate him showing me around the community and inventory homes. He went the extra mile to show me where the schools, eating places and shopping areas are located. I have this builder top on my list!

We toured this property and Freddy was great. He wasn't pushy, let us get a real feel for the properties and took his time showing us around. We are definitely considering this area.
