We have been customers of the Kenco store in Longview for years. From testing our water, to the purchase of chemicals, we depend on their analysis and expert guidance. Their customer service is top-notch. On vacations they service our pool, and we return to find our water in great shape. They communicate well and know what they are doing. Be careful... Went to them for help. They acted like they had all the answers. Knew exactly what the problem was and could fix it. They quoted us a price then charge us another. Then when we questioned them about it they come up with some excuse about it. Did not fix our problem! Will not be using them again. Did not offer to help. Do not recommend their services to anyone.
