We’ve enjoyed KZ weekly pool service for years. Our tech Nick B is the best! He does such an excellent job. He sends pictures and updates through an email after each service and communicates any issues or concerns. Our pool has never looked better!

Keith Zars Pools has the best service department. Daphne services our pool and always does a fantastic job. If there is a problem it is turned in right away for service. Quick action to problems. You won’t use another pool company as there is no need to. Definitely a 5 Star Company

I don't have complaints about the services performed. However, an improvement I'd like to see is to be greeted by the technician so they can explain what they are going to do and then another explanation at the end of the service to let me know how things went and any other observations they have. This is the biggest opportunity to improve their customer service. At this point, its just pool servi

Keith Zars always does a fantastic job on my weekly pool cleaning. My technician Cody is professional and always leaves my pool spotless. Highly recommended!

KZP has never missed a day of weekly cleaning in the last year of service. They’ve rescheduled when needed. The tech always checks in before cleaning to make sure the dogs are put up. Pool is always sparkling clean! They always hit the chemicals and then balance their time between debris removal, scrubbing, backwash etc. we have a very demanding pool (5 large pecan trees around it). Services
