They generally have most of the tools and hardware I need in stock at a decent price. I am more so reviewing their firearm department.
I don't remember the guy's name who runs the firearms counter but he has been extremely helpful regarding ordering ammo, helping with magazine recommendations, and other firearm accesories. Would recommend.

The BEST customer service experience I could have ever asked for!! They have plenty of team members who are ready to assist at all times. Every visit that I’ve had here has always been positive, but my experience this weekend was outstanding. I went in for some screws, and Sandy, who was very kind and patient, was able to help me find what I needed. But the screws needed some adjustments, so Johnn

This store is an anomaly. Every time I walk in, looking for some obscure hardware, I just know there's no way they will have what I need. But, somehow, they just seem to have it all. Well over 100 times I've been in, and never left empty handed.

I encountered at least five staff members on a recent visit to Ace Hardware in Hewitt TX. Each seemed knowledgeable and to genuinely care about helping me. The overall attitude and customer service of the store was notable and appreciated.

Very clean store, great customer service, very knowledgeable young men was very helpful ,I really appreciate his help.....I absolutely enjoyed the dogs...That really made my day. I will keep shopping for all of my needs.... and look forward to it....great place 🙏.

I was greeted at the door and asked what they could help me with. So I asked about parts for water heater and by the time I got to the isle there was already another sales associate there to help me find what I needed. It took longer for my boss to transfer me the money to pay for the part then the time it took to get it and be ready to cash out.
