Our real estate agent sent us a list of different subdivisions of interest in Seguin and told my wife and I, that KB was one of the top builders nationwide. We snuck over on a Saturday afternoon and met Mr. Barry Jackson. He was very helpful and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. On Sunday, we drove up and down the highways in Seguin before and after church looking at all the subdivis

Woodside Farms is a new development at the time that I am reviewing this and the homes are large and spacious with lots of Windows and thoughtful Construction features that other builders don't offer. I like the way that you can bring your own lender. It's also got a beautiful view of the Seguin water tower in the background and surrounded by Farmland at this point so I believe the values of the h

Do not recommend the guy was very unprofessional and spoke to us like we were idiots (even when what he was saying was incorrect and we would point it out him) he’s very aggressive in his demeanor and the way he speaks to potential buyers. He will NOT get our business but we are giving our business to one of the other sales reps. (The guy never even told me his name)
