We closed on our home in April 2021, it’s 2025 and we have an entire wall of electric sockets that don’t work all of a sudden from the left side of our fireplace to the back door. Our ceiling fan and light for our extended patio does not work (on the same wall). Of course electrical issues are only covered for two years after the build so we’re are SOL. I have heard mixed opinions on this particular builder. I personally have not had a bad experience. I can honestly say that their homes are beautifully decorated. They don’t offer many options, however the packages that are offered are very tasteful. They build in a clean community and offer various amenities.

First - the team is upfront, knowledgeable and willing to help. 5+ starts for the team at KB Canyon trails. The location is beautiful and easy access to the entire area.
The rating lines up more with the fact that my cheap apartment has better features than the standard home. It is literally an upgrade to have matching fixtures or non- Formica counters. Other builders in the area have much more t

You get what you pay for. Window frames aren't wide enough for the blinds to sit in the window well. Bunch of wood chips in the floor grout so of course there's holes in the grout now. They sent someone to fix the floors and they didnt match the grout color. So now we have mismatching grout in the living room and kitchen. Closet bars are coming off the wall. My first and last KB home purchase. Che
