I can’t say enough good things about Kaskas Rug Gallery. We absolutely love the rugs we purchased. I’ve met everyone there—from Mr. Kaskas, who founded the business, to his sons Safi and Sam, and their employee Austin—and they are all knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Kaskas is a wonderful family business. They truly care about making you happy and go out of their way. They have a great selection and can get what you need from all over the world. We can’t say enough about their expertise and customer service. We’ve known them for over 20 years and recommend them to anyone needing to make their home even more special!!

The best place to get rugs! Once you find this gem, you won’t want to shop anywhere else. Safi is super knowledgeable and helpful, and their selection is gorgeous. We bought two rugs over a year ago, and they are still in perfect shape, even with our 90lb white lab running around. We’re about to get our third rug from Safi. Worth the investment. Highly recommend!

I have been buying rugs from the Kaskas family for at least 15 years. They don’t sell just rugs. They sell beauty, comfort, style, pleasure and perfection. And they do it all with such grace and friendship. I’ve just bought probably my 15th rug and it completely changed the feel of our bedroom and made it such a special and calm space. I trust their knowledge and expertise completely. Go see

We had such a great experience working with Safi at Kaskas Rug Gallery. Safi was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful while helping us pick out two new rugs for our house. He and Austin even came to our house with several different options so we could see what would work best in our spaces. We will definitely be coming back in the future for all of our rug needs!

I highly recommend the Kaskas Oriental Rug Gallery. This is a family owned and run business. They travel abroad to acquire high quality, beautiful oriental rugs at very reasonable prices. They are almost respectful, attentive and friendly. In addition to selling splendid rugs, they're available to appraise as well as to expertly clean fine rugs, too. An Austin treasure for decades.

Expert rug dealers who have been in business for decades in Austin and really know their rugs. They purchase rugs from all over the world!
The Kaskas are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They also wash your rugs. I sent photos of my rugs to Safi and he told me where they were made!

I was very impressed with this company. They have an amazing Selection of handmade rugs from around the world. Mr kaskas is very Knowledgeable about each rug that he has, and knows exactly where it came from, and the materials used to make them. They also do repairs and cleaning all from the shop.
