A few months after K&L remodeled our shower, we noticed stains on the ceiling below. We notified the owner of the company who refused to take any responsibility even after we sent him a video showing exactly what the problem was (one small section wasn't properly sealed). It ended up costing us an extra $2,500 to troubleshoot & fix it. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
