Great selection and even better sells lady. Angie is the best wether it’s helping with suggestions on the design side of things or simply not pressuring you to pick a mattress even if you have laid in every one 10 times each lol! Pricy but made to last. Ask for Angie! She is no pressure and very patient. She will go above and beyond. From what I’ve seen, they all will.

Really had a goog experience, Angie was great, worked with us got an excellent deal. Very professional.
The next day, delivery , not only did they call to deliver early, Jack Wade and Donte Jackson, were great, very professional. Took extreme care getting the furniture in and set up. Thanks guys!!

Purchased a bedroom set and paid in full September 2025. After multiple calls and waiting for delivery, we decided to get a refund 3 months later. Now it's the end of Jan 2026 and we're still waiting on that refund. Very poor customer service!

Johnson Appliance came to repair my fridge. They diagnosed and ordered parts to repair. The tech replaced an inverter for the compressor and said I needed a new condenser fan motor, but compressor was running.
Keep in mind I hired Johnson Appliance to diagnose and fully repair my refrigerator.
I ordered a new fan and put it in, it didn't work. I didn't want to wait another week for them to order

Hands down the best furniture store with the best customer service in East Texas! From dealing with Angie in sales to the delivery crew of Jack & Shelton, everyone was great! We've dealt with Johnson Furniture for years, and this is always the high level of service they deliver.

My wife and I purchased a washer/dryer set. After 1 day we refunded the purchase. Johnsons gave us our refund but the point of sales they choose to use charges a substantle fee for processing credit card payments. The point of sales is named TruePOS. Which the name is fitting. TruePOS, according to Kelly at johnsons furniture, will not refund any of the process fee. None. I feel johnson furniture
