If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only did they sell me a defective product, but they also refused to take responsibility for the problem it caused.

We have been working with Johnson-Burks for 30 yrs. We have ALWAYS had TOP NOTCH SERVICE!
We have been through many changes with them, including, water heater warranties.
Years ago, they could give you a replacement with the tag. Now for them to get reimbursed from the water heater company, you have to get an R number for the return. We have had to do this for a few years now, it's just part of b

From the owner and his family on down, this team is as good as it gets. Their level of service, knowledge, and professionalism is unmatched. Johnson Burks is hands-down the best plumbing supply company in the entire region.
If you want people who know their products, stand behind what they sell, and treat customers like family, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The only supply house that doesn’t handle the warranty on their water heaters. The warranty support team wanted me to install a water heater back in the home it had just flooded. Needless to say I’m taking the loss and my business to Winston Water Cooler. They actually stand behind their products.

I was very blessed and helped by the kind guys at Johnson-Burks! They obviously deal with many contractors and big-dollar clients, but they were so patient with me and pleasant to me (a senior citizen woman.) They helped me save lots of money on plumbing services by showing me exactly what inexpensive parts I needed and just how to install them myself. Great staff at a great company!

Today is not the first and probably won’t be the last day that I had to stand here with my kid, watching you sit in your truck in my driveway on the camera until you decided to leave or do whatever you came here to do. I went there today, after not finding what I need at three different places. The sales person was so helpful. Even though they didn't have the part, he took the extra time to tell me what I needed and even helped me look it up on Amazon. I wish I had gone there first.
