The warranty service is excellent. They were very responsive and took care of our reported issues thoroughly. They managed communications between different contractors and providers well and coordinated all moving pieces thoughtfully. Special shoutout to our warranty manager Henry who made multiple visits to our home during the repairs and made sure everything was fixed properly.

I bout a house at Lexington parks at Frisco, except the sales team, my overall experience was terrible. When delivered the home to us still some issues with painting, and flooring remained that never addressed even under warranty.

Landon took care all of warranty needs, and out of a house of 4200+ square ft for over 1 year - there was not a large number of items, most are cosmetic.

We purchased a $820k Landon home in the Lexington Country community in Frisco in Feb 2018. This is a Cambridge model home with an enclosed courtyard in the front. Right away during inspection we pointed out a leveling problem in the courtyard with water not draining well. The builder "fixed" it by pouring more concrete. During our warranty period too, we noticed water collecting in the courtyard,

Overall extremely poor experience. All they way from start till the end. The entire purchase experience was horrible all they way till we got our keys. After that, warranty issues. Still have issues open since we closed on the house one yr ago.
