This was my first time having to deal with water remediation. My insurance company recommended Jenkins Restorations. I couldn’t have made a better choice! Josh was the lead technician and he was so easy to work with, always letting me know what time he would be here, took time to answer my questions and all around just a very nice person. When it came to the water mitigation side of Jenkins, it was horrible. They did less than minimal work to take care of the moisture from a broken water line. Their site manager never came and defended their worker over the phone even though he was getting moisture readings he would say they were false positives. I ended up having to fire them at day 10. Day 11 aka the first day of the other compan

Jenkins went above and beyond to get my house back in shape after a pipe burst in the ceiling two days before Christmas.
Richard Woodard was able to get folks out SAME-DAY to start the process of drying the wall, floorboards, and ceiling from the water damage. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly along the way.

My review of Jenkins Restoration is largely to post what an exemplary job Mr. Luke Landreville did for us. As our contractor for our restoration and remodel he took care of every detail regarding insurance, finances, scheduling, communicating, coordinating and a good deal of hand holding. Jenkins Restoration did a great job. They came over as soon as we notified them. They installed fans to dry the walls and carpets and worked with our insurance company. They came back and demoed the wet walls and carpet and left everything clean. Joshua, Shankar, and Quenton are true professionals. I highly recommend this company and the gentlemen that did the work.
