So far we've had nothing but positive dealings with Jeans. Their prices are comparable to most online retailers, but with the added personal touch of their friendly reps. When we need something not in their catalogue, they are able to quickly source the item. And everything arrives within a couple of days of order, which is important for our new business. Five stars!

Very knowledgeable about their products. Service is friendly. The new rules for entering the facility are about the same as every other business trying to stay in business. Just be prepared to wear a mask, and they have food service gloves which they require their customers to wear. I have a latex allergy so I was glad these are the simple plastic. When I walked in , I was instantly greeted. The man showed me exactly where to find the things I needed , even told me which ones he recommended. At checkout he wasn’t the “ hurry up and buy “ type , we actually had a conversation while my receipt printed. They are very nice people here!

Excellent customer service! I was not feeling up to walking around store, so young lady asked what I needed and got me all the items I needed, checked me out while I was sitting in lobby chair. Then friendly gentleman took everything out to my car. Definitely coming back to Jean's.

Every time we use Jeans the employees at the loading side have always gone above and beyond. Once I even thought, could've sworn I had my straps, and low and behold I had forgotten them. The Guys figured it out and tied me all in ,safe and secure and I made it back to Cedar Park Tx with. my full load. I wanted to let you know that we have received the pass-through refrigerators yesterday and I wanted to let your company know that the gentlemen who delivered the equipment were wonderful! They were patient, accommodating and very professional. I am not sure if they are full time employees of your company or if they were sub-contracted for the delivery, but I wanted to tell you that they provide
