Wow! I felt like I was starring in a post-apocalyptic zombie movie walking through the jewelry department today. I don’t think they’ve updated the jewelry cases since the store opened 41 years ago!! Mold, pealing paint, and the padded liners in the little boxes are quite literally disintegrating!! Air conditioning was out too. I think this store is on its last leg! Guess the potholes that are big

Been shopping there for 2 years and directly in front door there's 3 Cash register and only one work. So I have to go back to the middle of the store to pay my merchandise And 90% there's a long line. Can JC Penny help the seniors out so we don't have to walk around so much. I like shopping there but I might look around for other places to shop "I can't walk that much just to pay for my goods". pl

We truly live in a stupid age so I buy a jacket online. It's a large and that's what I wear usually. But It's a little snug in the belly area when I zip it up. Also got it yesterday in the mail and tags are all on it. Anyways so I see that my local JCPenney this one in stock and they have multiple extra large of the same jacket in their store but for more than what it was that I paid online. Well

Visited the store a few days ago. Felt like I was shopping in a post-apocalyptic zombie movie!!! Potholes in the parking lot big enough to swallow your car whole and check out these jewelry displays. They are moldy, paint is peeling, and the foam inserts are quite literally disintegrating from age and exposure!!!! I think they’re the same ones from when the store opened 40 some odd years ago! And

Thank you JCPenney! Went to y'all's 90% off diamond sell. And found my wedding ring! it was exactly what I've been picturing in my mind! I couldn't believe I found it and only paid $25 for a real ring! Went back and got the necklace and earrings to match. For 50 more dollars absolutely love love love!

Prices are extremely high. Selection is limited. And certainly do not make the same mistake I did by trying the online service. My steamer was advertised as $70 off. I ordered. I had an occasion to visit the store later that day and found I had paid more than retail. I immediately called the online service trying to cancel my order. I was told too bad I only had 30 minutes to cancel an order.

I liked this store. I found some good items, I do wish they had a better mens section. I looked for shirts for my husband, and there wasn't anything that I would buy for him. Maybe a son, but not a husband.
