Good store with lots of brands and variety of clothes, shoes, jewelry, toys and much more. Make sure whoever is at the front desk when you pay shoes, to remove the devices, because it happened to me they didn't remove it and I didn't check until it was back at home and I had to cut it. My dad put in his phone number to use his points. By the time he paid the man told him he had $90 he could’ve redeemed. I wish he would’ve told us for we can save those $90. A good customer service would’ve mentioned the $90. We could’ve saved…. Also, they’re violating ADA law by not having the handicapped automatic doors working. If it’s not fixed by next week I’d be reporting it to the city for

Great customer service! Mercedes at JCPenney was very nice and friendly. She was quick to help and made the experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness.

Supervisor in the home section don’t know what her name was, but she was wearing a black Nike shirt with a ponytail. Don’t know how she got up to that position with being so rude and disrespectful. She basically laughed at my son because he couldn’t fit into a jacket and she said maybe if he didn’t sweat so much that she could return it but she was being so rude and absolutely a horrible customer

So, come in the store get a 10% coupon all is well so far,, I get to the counter to pay , lay my coupon out in front of the cashier she charges me I pay and I ask her if she applied the coupon (I wanted to know how much I saved) ,, she says no I didn’t smiles you didn’t give it to me I say I laid it out right in front of you since you started she says again well I didn’t sooooooo and I am like c

Very clean and inviting store. We'll organized and segmented by brand/category. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice visit overall.

I went school shopping for my kids and found a ton of nice shirts for them and the prices were very reasonable I also got an extra 25% off bringing my total from $198.64 to $63.30. These were just some of the deals they had and if you look around thoroughly you can find more I sure did. 😉🙂
