I’ve been coming to the JC Penney salon for three years and Fernanda is the best!! For the high quality work the women give please provide them with an updated salon. It’s very dated and worn looking.

Went in looking for a suit jacket for a funeral. The associate who helped me out was very professional and polite! Great customer experience!

Great store! I do 95% of my clothes shopping here, especially when I need dress clothes (shirt and tie, slacks) stuff like that. They also have a pretty decent show selection. Staff is always kind and helpful. One of my favorite places to shop.

Went in to exchange boots because they didnt have the size we needed and after being told we wouldnt get our points back and that they would go to waste we were sent to talk to Maria G who helped get all of our money back with an additional discount which left us satified and wanting to go back to shop for more.

They do not have much for men's dress shirts. Went in looking for some white long sleeve dress shirts and left still looking. Had better luck at Walmart. It may have been a stocking issue but who knows.

I don't use my JC Penny credit card that much because the closest store is 20 miles away. But every time I do, so much time has elapsed, and I always have to be put on the phone with customer service. Other than that, fantastic service and great pricing on jeans. And their jeans last longer than anyone else's.

Based on my experience here, the store was pretty clean and organized overall. As for customer service, I spoke to two different employees, in which both were not that friendly or helpful. I would maybe recommend this store.
