When Tim showed up to fix my plumbing issue, he was not only fast and efficient but also really friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing without making it complicated, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right.

Communication was good and clear! Pricing was almost $80 more than the other company that we went with for a dryer vent cleaning. I think it’s a good company if you live in Wichita Falls, but I would not recommend if you live in any of the surroundings areas as we live 15 minutes out of Wichita & 20 minutes from James Lane
which added a $71 trip charge alone to the total.

I have had James from James Lane come out multiple times this year and have been impressed by his service every time. I have had my old water heater replaced, a water main leak repaired and recently had my bathtub replaced by a walk-in shower, with grab bars. We’re 45 minutes from Wichita, and still exclusively use James Lane. They’re prompt, professional, and do great work. We especially appreciate James, not to be confused with the company’s namesake. Never had a bad experience with anybody who’s been out, but I will request James every time.

Just had a new heat pump and system installed. The communication was perfect and so easy starting with Nick in sales to the calls ahead of time by the ladies in the office. My mother passed away a year ago. James Lane installed a brand new unit in her home April 2021. Her home is in contract to sell. The new homeowners asked for an AC service technician to come assess the system and make any necessary repairs to give the system a clean bill of health prior to closing. I am beyond grateful for the extra attention to detail that I received. I recently had my waterlines in my attic replaced. Timothy streamlined the lines, moved them out from under the vents, and triple insulated them. I survived this cold snap with no frozen lines! Not even a hint of reduced pressure. My old lines would have frozen solid or at best to just a drip (even when left dripping). My

Had an issue with heater would not shutoff when it reached thermostat setting. Technician came out to troubeshoot problem but spent the hour trying to get me to spend $10K to replace the ac unit and heating. Waste of $145 dollar service call. Tech told me that heating unit parts are not replaceable. Which i knew to be false. He did a couple of meter checks but could not tell me what the issue was.
