We had work done using JPaul through our insurance, and while insurance took forever to get things scheduled and paid for, Jpaul did quick and great work. We had a leak last week in our roof and they were out the very next day. Quick, professional, and a great price. I would 100% recommend having them come out to take care of your roof issues.

We had water coming in from the outside of the house during storms. We could not find the source on our own so we reached to JPaul. The team came out and did a thorough water test and identified the main source plus some other potential entry points. Within a week or so the inside and outside repairs were complete! I rent my home and this is the vendor they chose to repair my garage door and I am grateful for that! They were so nice. Repaired all the things that were broken and even sprayed all the joints so the door wouldn't be so loud. He didn't have to do that. But let me tell you I appreciate it a lot. Will definitely make sure we use them again in the future if we ever need something else done.

J Paul did such awesome job for our family! I asked for a bid to replace our roof. J Paul came back with a very reasonable quote and answered all of my questions. Rhett (our salesman) knew that we were having problems with our insurance company and knew that we were going to have to pay for our roof out of a pocket but he did all he could to help us out.

I appreciate some of the things JPaul was able to do with our insurance claim as well as the good job they did installing the roof.
With that being said, Communication has been pretty bad. My representative pushed back the roofing installation date quite a few times. Once the job was done they had a lot of trouble getting my insurance Adjuster the final documents needed to seal up our claim. Just
