Jeff is that easy going friend that picks up on what you need. He double checks when he’s replacing stuff and didn’t forget all the different things I needed no matter how small. He repaired everything from my toilet, disposal, flooring, walls, trim, doors and roof. I am only sorry I am leaving the area.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job on painting a very difficult, two story Victorian style home. I was very impressed with his crew and their ability to get the job done in a timely manner as well as the quality of work. Jeff also painted my home. I highly recommend Jeff to family & friends.

Hired J&L Quality Construction to install a new shingled roof. Their price was reasonable, and he provided excellent work, customer service, and completed the work ahead of schedule. Will definitely recommend them and use them on future projects.

Responsive, fast, and great quality of work. When Jeff first came to inspect my roof for hail damage, I walked up on the roof with him and he showed me what he was looking for and what the insurance company is looking for in damages. He pointed out the areas of impact from the hail and actually had me feel the areas and compare the feel to areas not impacted. They worked with me and my insurance a

I have used Jeff twice for roofs in 18 years. The installation has always been quick, thorough, and a great value. The last time Jeff upgraded my shingles within the estimate from my insurance. I have also used him for all of my painting needs.
