Wonderful experience , sales team was very attentive and helped us walk through different samples and options that may work for us. Once we decided on the flooring, they were in and out in a day! They took care of set up and clean up and left everything looking as though it was never moved (except with new floors!)

I signed a contract & put down a very large downpayment. And now J&H seems to have disappeared!! None of their phones are accepting messages. I have been texting all week and he does not respond. I drove to their store on Technology Dr. The lights are off and the doors locked! I am fearful that they will declare bankruptcy & run off with my money:-(

My house needed stairs, all bedrooms and hallway. The installers were nice and had great with communication. I loved how they were not lingering around, no smoke break. They went straight to the job and got it done. They also cleaned up after themselves. You won’t believe it, they vacuumed after they finished the job and putted everything back for you. Working with J&H Family Floors was a great experience. From helping us choose a carpet and pad we liked to doing a final walk through to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, they did a wonderful job replacing the carpet in my mother’s house. I want to thank Hardwood Floors Company LLC and Thumbtack for ultimately resolving a major plumbing issue related to a recent flooring project in my home. While the process had its challenges and took some time to address, I truly appreciate that the work was completed professionally and to my full satisfaction in the end.

J&H installed Engineered Hardwood in our entire house (except the Bathrooms). It was a pretty big job - 9 rooms plus a staircase and hallway. The crew that performed the work ( Jose.
