We directly supplied carpets/rugs to IVI Rugs, and our payment has reportedly remained pending for nearly 3 years despite repeated follow-ups, invoices, and communication attempts. This has been a very disappointing experience for us as a supplier. Based on our experience, other suppliers and business partners should clearly secure payment terms before dealing with this company. We still hope they

They really do a great job helping you select a style/color/ size. I felt No pressure and had a great experience.😊 They also repaired and cleaned a rug I got 15 years ago and delivered it. *Just remind them to include the rug pad Because I forgot and they had to give it to me later when they delivered my other rug. I Support local businesses as much as possible.

I love Shaan and Matt!! These guys are the best!! Go by the shop!! They have the most beautiful rugs you have ever seen!! We have purchased several from them and it has transformed our home!!

We were very impressed with the extensive inventory of rugs in many sizes, from many countries. It is very hard to select the right rug BUT Sean brought three different 9 x 12 rugs to our home to see how they looked on our floor and with our decor.
