We had a really nice salesman Chris Jordan. He listened to our needs and showed us different options. We came into Ivan Smith because we have bought quality furniture for years from their store. Great experience. We also looked at other stores but returned to Ivan Smith.

Great experience. Chris our salesman was great. Not pushy at all. Suggested several different items. We're picky because we're setting up a house we recently bought and we're excited. We bought a sofa, loveseat both have recliners and a reclining chair and 74" TV stand. We also bought a 4 year warranty because it sounded like good plan for our investment. The crew at Ivan Smith Texarkana are total ROCK STARS!! If you walked into my home you would think it was a mini show case floor for Ivan Smith but it’s because the prices and quality cannot be matched! Brandon and his Team are the BEST! So if you’re looking for Quality, Style, Variety along with Compassion and fair prices…literally look no further! Oh and the delivery crew…. You can’t beat them!!

I loved buying furniture here. I didnt feel rushed or like I was pressured. My sales associate was able to answer every question and remembered me when I came back.
The gentleman who delivered the furniture were amazing. My mom was the one home and said they were fast, polite, and very nice to her.

The people who came and delivered the sofas and set them up were really nice and the people at the store helped me and my husband out with setting up the sofas with Bluetooth and we really appreciate their help! Overall great experience. 5 stars! ☺️
