Diana Gonzalez's service is excellent! I went in multiple times before making my purchase finally. Each time she was patient and professional. She checked on me but was never pushy. The sales manager was also very friendly and professional. Ivan Smith has a very good variety at very fair price prices. Service in the store was excellent. The delivery guys kept me informed as yo their arrival and the were very curious. I’m already wanting more of the pieces! I’m posting pics bear in mind my wall over the bed is not finished.

Mr.Grey Jackson came out on time with a very professional attitude. He looked over the problem we had with the couch that was less than a year old and found a common sense solution. He not only replaced the broken section but also helped reinforce that section and others that showed sings of damage and potential future breaks. He was very knowledgeable, professional and capable. Great experience!! Went in the store at 5:30 pm and bought 2 recliners and was out after 6:15 pm. Even though they were closing soon it was a great experience.
Went in again was looking for a loveseat recliner in just a certain size. Purchased it and they delivered it fit perfectly.
