As a first-time customer, this has been a very disappointing experience with Ivan Smith Furniture. We purchased a 5-piece electric recliner sectional, and not long after delivery, the cushions completely went out.

This is our second purchase with Ivan Smith Furniture. It's like walking into an Ethan Allen without the price tags. Sophisticated and Elegance for very picky buyer's. Bought a matching recliner for our Conway Fog Zero Gravity sofa, and three door buster counter chairs for a crazy price of $55 each. Excellent prices that won't break your wallet.

Mark and the guys did a great job! The set our furniture up exactly how we wanted. All the guys were extremely friendly and professional. Our whole experience with Ivan Smith, from Michael to Mark and the guys, has been great. Would definitely purchase from there again!

Love the furniture we bought, the sales staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The installation went well. And the service call we placed to fix a problem was handled swiftly, part order took a bit but once it arrived the service was done quickly..
