My experience has always been great with Ivan Smith! They are precise with answers, they leave me to my browsing, checking in occasionally to ask me what I need and asking if I am good . Many choices here. I am so glad they are near me.

We wanted a high-leg recliner to replace one we had for years. The web site showed one that was not in our local Ivan Smith store. The helpful store personnel ordered one from the warehouse in Shreveport so we could try it out. It was exactly what we wanted and was on sale to boot! We are delighted with the purchase.

The whole staff treated me professionally, but we're also helpful and supportive. No pressure sales - I was left alone to do my shopping. Clean store with very large selection. Better deals than comparable stores in town. Financing took less than 5 minutes. Thank you!!

Chad did an amazing job with the repair on my sectional. He was prompt, friendly and very efficient. He repaired the broken brace, showing me the steps all along the way. The couch feels sturdy now, and I am very happy with the work. You can’t tell anything was wrong. Chad did a great job!!! Probably the most impressive technician of any specialty I’ve ever had in my home for repairs.

Absolutely love the phenomenal customer service of this company. From walking into the store to customer service after purchase.. they put customers first. My salesman Angel went above and beyond during sale and after delivery. Chris from customer service tech was professional and worked to get my problem fixed.
