Kanon & the other gentleman that came did a great job! We were their 11th delivery of the day & you wouldn’t have even known. They did everything so efficiently! We sure do appreciate how well they did.

The delivery guys were remarkable! Allowed me to place furniture pads on the furniture as the brought it in, went above & beyond customer service, they were excellent!

I purchased my furniture at the Athens, Texas store and the salesman ws very helpful and resourceful and polite. The delivery driver and his helper were very good, handled my contents with care and very good customer 2 very nice and outstanding men.They completely deserves recognition for outstanding service. Excellent service. Our mattress and box springs arrive as scheduled, however the wrong box springs were brought. The driver quickly worked things out and another set of box springs were delivered within the hour. We'll done.

I’ve had such a great experience with this store! I first purchased a washer from them back in April, and the process was smooth from start to finish—great price excellent customer service. Because of that great experience, I recently came back and bought a sectional, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Tina was awesome helping me find two recliners. She came highly recommended by a friend of mine, Ms. Judith. I’m so glad she told me about Ivan’s and Tina! I wasn’t rushed and didn’t get any heavy “sales pitch” stuff. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. And delivery is set for next Tuesday - only 2 working days. Tina is a 10 in my book!! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
