Ryan Whiteaker helped me diagnose a problem with my box truck that would not go over 60–65 mph. While I was in Minneapolis and he was in Texas, he quickly figured out that the overdrive switch was turned off. Because of his knowledge, I avoided unnecessary repairs and saved money.
