If I could give zero stars, I would. The quality of the house is absolute garbage. I can’t even list all of the event that have happened over the last two years of ownership. Let’s start with the pipes in the kitchen that gurgle while the dishwasher is running, after draining the sink from washing dishes, as we all as when flushing the toilet in the powder room. Moved in a year ago, so far the warranty department has been prompt in addressing the issues I have had with the house through the warranty app. Most of the items are pretty small and easy fixes, Intown builds a quality house compared to a lot of other builders and I am pleased with them so far. We had one bigger issue with our AC system and Kathryn and Greg were very helpful in getting it expedit

It’s been years since we purchased our home, and Kathryn and Greg are still available when we have questions—often met with a quick response!
During the winter storm, our HOA was useless. We called Kathryn, and she immediately offered service providers who could help fix anything from plumbing to landscaping. I often wish InTown still managed our community, Kathryn and Greg are simply the best. I
