Not helpful and quick to dismiss. If you are planning on buying from them as an individual take notice of their return policies in case you have leftover tile.

I called them looking for a tile they manufactured. I had the exact SKU number of the box of tile. They had no way of looking it up, or referring me to anyone that might still have the tile in stock. How does any legitimate company these days not have the ability to look up a SKU number?

I went there for the first time and I really loved your presentations you got . Very well organized and prices are excellent. I purchased my tile at your store, and love it. What I didn't like at all. Was the fact that I had to use my e-mailed address for feed back and to get an estimate, In computer. I had problems with your site. I called the 1-800 #### for them to help me. They couldn't so

The communication is horrible. They don't answer the phone, they don't have voice-mail, and Mitiam doesn't reply to all emails and doesn't answer questions completely. If it wasn't because they are the only ones I could find that had my matching tile, I would not have used them.

Very poor customer service.They could not look me up under my phone number when I had given them my phone number to track my order I placed. Tile came in and I was ready to pick up but receptionist says there is probably a 1 day wait just for them to load to my tuck. I drove 80 miles and had to go back home to wait for them to call me to go pick up. Beware of these uncommon practices!!

I have no idea how this place gets good reviews. When you call on the phone and ask for pricing, they don't call back. When you go in person, there are like 3 girls up front all sitting on computers.
