After 30 years the spa light fixture gave up the ghost. Contacted a number of pool companies and settled on Integrity on a basis of cost and being a Richardson based company. My wife and I have a bias for doing business in the city if at all possible.

He was incredibly helpful with recent repairs to our pool pump - clearly communicating arrival times ahead of both the assessment and repair appointments. He provided transparent, detailed explanations of the price quotes and completed the work efficiently and on schedule. James was professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout

Chris V. installed a new cartridge filter for me today. The one I had was ancient. He was prompt, polite and highly knowledgeable!! He explained how the new filter worked since cleaning and other requirements differed. Very pleasant experience.

Had Miles by today to walk me through a pool school session for my pool equipment in my new home and he was excellent. He made sure to answer all of my questions and walked through how everything works, where possible issues may arise, and what preventative maintenance steps are needed. Even took the time to discuss the pool chemistry and suggestions to keep the water balanced. Would highly recomm
