Integrated Outdoor Designs was really easy to work with. I had an existing deck that needed to be replaced so requested bids from multiple companies. Integrated’s bid was similar to others but what impressed me was their lack of pressure sales techniques (absolutely hate the “if you sign in <x> days you will get <y> price”).

The process begins with a visit by Kyle who took the time to listen to our plan, survey and take measurements and then come up with a drawing based on a short discussion. He was sensitive to our budget and he quickly made adjustments to meet that budget.
