I literally saved up and took a loan out to get my floors done. These guys did a terrible job. They had to redo the floor twice because they use the wrong Flooring the first time never finished putting all the trim pieces up was supposed to bring me a roll of trim so I could do it myself didn’t show up didn’t call. I spent over $5000 not including all the sub Flooring I had to redo before they cam

If you like the personal touch and knowledgeable sales associate, this is the place to go! There are even activity books for the little ones to keep them occupied if you have to take them along.

Had exactly what we wanted/needed. Professionally installed. Looks amazing. High quality carpet and flooring. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Worst communication skills in the world empty promises shotty work they put a floor in here that wasn’t gonna work when they’re installer told him it wasn’t gonna work then I had to remove all my furniture out of the house, so let them put another floor in which they did, Shawty cuts on Didn’t finish putting the trim up. Wouldn’t give me a roll of trim to put up after asking them for months, could

The staff is knowledgeable about their products and helped us find a flooring that we love. Price was fair and installation was a breeze. Installers were friendly and took care of our things while moving them.

I was taught that your word was your bond!!!!! I was promised an estimate for vinyl flooring. I never received one. I guess I did not meet their criteria. If you did not want my business just say no. Instead of pretending that you do. I was disappointed to say the least. Honesty and Integrity?????? I was not planning to renege on the deal. I just wanted to put in a nice floor.
